Happy happy joy joy!

I have known lust in my heart.

For years, I have drooled and pined over qiviut yarn, but I've never actually owned any.

Until today.

Just now I received a surprise package from Knatolee, my favorite person on the planet. The customs form said "yarn," but it should have read "heart's desire," because the package contained a ball of beautiful, precious, scrumptious qiviut yarn. I'm going to lose sleep trying to decide what project is worthy of this treasure.

If I were on the other side of the camera lens you would see a huge, foolish grin plastered across my face.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Knatolee!!

Now I must return to skipping gleefully about the house.

Wow, if I knew that all it took to earn "Favo(u)rite person in the world" status was a ball of qiviut, I would have sent it to you years ago! :)

Qiviut how wonderful! Have you got any plans for it yet?

Me too (on the qivuit bribe) - that would have been easy. I'm not a knitter but I've been in that shop (in Whitehorse, with the two moose locked in battle on the roof)...though they've moved now so that's an Irreproducible Experience.

(I swear, the word verification on comments is getting longer and more complicated....)

Yes, I am not cheap but I am easy. ;-)

I haven't decided what to do with it yet (other than carry it around the house and gloat over it). Suggestions?
